THE NOVEMBER REPORT

Welcome back, Wealthy Girls.
The Wealthy Girls Club Report is all about helping you get everything you want. So let’s talk about one of the biggest factors that determines whether or not you do: what are you using as the guidepost for your belief that you’ll actually get what you want?
Start by picking one thing, one goal you truly want.
One of the sneakiest ways we sabotage our goals is by using our current reality as evidence for what’s possible. Maybe your goal is to land a new job. Using your current circumstances as evidence sounds like: “I’m exhausted from my current role. I don’t have the time to look for something new, and the job market isn’t great right now.”
It’s human nature to let what we see right now dictate what we believe is likely. But that habit becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. When the first few steps toward change don’t yield instant results, we pull back. We start bracing for disappointment instead of expecting success and using our belief as the north star, and instead, we rely on the evidence of what we see right in front of us.
That’s where The Green Light Theory comes in. So let’s talk about how to get what you want without self-sabotaging.
Picture this: you’re approaching a green light, but instead of pressing the gas, you keep hovering over the brake. You’re anticipating the green light might turn yellow or red at any moment. You hesitate. You inch forward, then stop again. You’re so focused on what might go wrong that you’re not actually moving forward full speed while the light is still green.
That’s how so many of us approach our goals. We don’t go all-in because we’re busy preparing for what could go wrong. But right now, your light is green. That’s your moment to move. Your opportunity is open. The path is clear.
YOUR LIGHT IS GREEN, BABY. PEDAL TO THE FREAKING METAL.
Why would you anticipate the red?? Don’t assume the timing will change. Don’t slow yourself down out of fear that the opportunity won’t last. When it comes to your dreams, the Green Light Theory means trusting that the light is green right now and that it’s safe to go all in.
So, if your goal is to find a new job with better pay and work that lights you up, that’s your green light.
But as you start moving toward it, doubts creep in:
“The market’s tough right now.”
“Maybe I should just be grateful for what I have.”
“What if I apply and get rejected?”
Each of those thoughts is you tapping the brake while your light is still green. Meanwhile, someone else (someone who kept moving) drives right through that same intersection of opportunity and lands the dream job.
In real life, yes, be prepared to stop at red lights, be safely aware.
But metaphorically? If the light in front of you is green…then go.
Your “green light” is your goal, your vision, your calling. It’s the clarity that you’re meant for more. The Green Light Theory is about trusting that now is the time to act. It’s about recognizing that hesitation doesn’t protect you; it only delays you.
Your light is green.
Stop driving, just waiting for the red.
Stop breaking for all the reasons it might not work.
Show up, press the gas, and go all in.
And better yet.. roll the windows down, turn up your favorite song, and enjoy the ride.
If it’s on your heart, it’s yours.
Go after it fully, inevitably, and with everything you’ve got.
