THE DECEMBER REPORT

Welcome back, Wealthy Girls.
Welcome to December’s Wealthy Girls Club Report. It is the last month of the year, and that means it’s the perfect opportunity to do two things: reflect on 2025 and curate your 2026.
For me personally, I could not be more proud of my 2025. I was incredibly clear on who I wanted to become this year, and as I sit here now in the last month of the year...I did it. I became her. I wanted to become more concise with my voice, and I have. I wanted to learn more about renovation projects, the banking and funding strategies of commercial properties, and establish a better relationship with my banker for more open lines of communication, and I did. I wanted to follow through on my word more, and I did. I wanted to become more organized, and I did. I wanted to hire more support, and I did. I wanted to slow down and bake cookie cakes for my friends and family, and I did. I wanted to grow my hair out longer and healthier, and I did. I wanted to get stronger and increase my daily walk, and I did. I wanted to dive into some deeper patterns in therapy, and I did. I wanted to get better at snowboarding and take tree runs instead of backing out and getting scared, and I did. I wanted to order a glass of champagne or prosecco more often at restaurants, and I did. I wanted to have more girls' nights, and I did. I wanted to lean into my relationship even more and have more work-life balance to be more present, and I did.
Reflecting on your previous year and planning out your next year are both vital to actually hitting your goals and dreams and becoming more of who you want to become. It’s the exact same reason why I am big on auditing your finances and also strategically planning out your finances. Auditing is looking back and seeing fully where you’re at, so you can then plan out where you want to go. When you’re not planning out where you want to go, you will remain on your same autopilot path and end up in the same spot. Ending up in the same spot is not inherently a bad thing either. There are absolutely parts of my life that I love where they are at and want to remain on autopilot with– for example, I love my morning routine, and I love that my autopilot is a morning routine that fully supports my goals and dreams. However, I do have big goals and dreams that, in order to hit, I need to kick out of autopilot, leave my comfort zone, and intentionally shift gears to reach them. That does not happen by accident. It takes planning and showing up for yourself. So, let’s talk about how to actually do that.
First, get clear on what you want. If you’re not sure what this looks like, jump into last month’s report, where I walk you through my step-by-step process of getting what you want.
Next, take a written list of everything you want to do, see, or become in 2026 and make it visual. Each year, I create a new Pinterest board “2026 vision,” and I sit down with my written list of everything I want, and then I find a picture that represents each piece of my vision. Similarly, as I shared in last month’s report on getting everything you want, I want to literally see what 2026 will look like. I want to imagine it so clearly that it becomes my standard, and everything that doesn’t get me closer to my 2026 vision board is a no. Everything that does get me closer to that 2026 vision is a yes.
Third, I like to put this somewhere I can see it. For me, my laptop and desktop background are both my vision board for the year, and when I’m not using one of our gorgeous monthly Wealthy Girls Club phone backgrounds, I go back to using my 2026 vision board as my phone background.

Logistically, here are the steps I take to do this:
-
Create a Pinterest board for 2026.
-
Add to it. I usually go line by line from my written list of goals and dreams and search for something that correlates. For example, one of my goals is to elevate my home and hire an interior designer, so I will find a picture of a home space that looks how I want my place to feel and add it.
-
Once I have all my pins saved, I click the bottom 3 dots, click “save picture,” and save them all to my device.
-
Open Canva, create a template that is the right size for either your computer or phone (just Google “iPhone 17 pro max background size,” or whatever phone you have), and then create a blank document that size.
-
Add all the saved photos to Canva. I am not a pro at this at all. I just drag and drop, layer and create a board that has everything on it I want to see.
-
Add it as your background and take time to look at it– especially when you’re making decisions or planning out your weeks.
It is December of 2025, and I am the woman I wrote about wanting to become in December of 2024. I am her.
And now, I proudly sit down and write about the woman I want to become by December of 2026. I will become her.
So, here’s a snippet of my December 2026 vision and the woman I will become. In December of 2026, I will:
-
Be calmer, less frantic, and more proactive to move with ease, flow, and no rush
-
Have a perfectly curated dream closet that is not overcrowded
-
Have no clutter or disorganization
-
Be more thoughtful and create more routine in showing appreciation
-
Have expanded the team to hit our big goals and beyond
-
Have hit or surpassed my investing goal on my journey to be able to retire early
-
Have a gorgeous dream office headquarters
-
Be consistently meeting in person more with my team or for external meetings (at my dream HQ!)
-
Have taken or plan to take my friends or family on a memorable trip
-
Have over 100,000 members inside Wealthy Girls Club
-
Have more boundaries around schedule, meetings, and agreements
-
I spend less time on my phone, have fewer distractions, and have more no-phone time
I’m currently working on pulling together my vision board that will highlight what life will look like as I bring these things into fruition. Every day of 2026, I will spend working toward this vision so that next December, I am sitting here as that woman. Mark my words, it will happen. And when I know that’s where I am headed, I have clarity on the steps I can start to take.
So, now it’s your turn. Who do you want to become by December of 2026? How do you want your life to look? If absolutely anything was possible, what do you want to curate for this next year of your life?
Take time this month to walk through your 2026 vision, because January 1 is right around the corner, and our goal for Wealthy Girls Club in 2026 is to help you get what you want. Your job is to get clear on what that is; our job is to support you along the way.
Welcome to December's Wealthy Girls Club Report.
